I believe that each person is creative, resourceful and whole. It is my mission to help people remember exactly who they are and what their true purpose is here on mother earth.  I help people rewrite old patterns of behavior using ancient wisdom medicine and evidence-based practices rooted in behavior sciene. I help people who are  feeling stuck and out of alignment  realign with values and committed action so they can show up more fully in their own lives and create their desired impact on the world. This may be a mom who wants to be more present for her family, a community changemaker transforming themselves so they can transform the world. It may be a business owner wanting to lead a more heart centered business. 

One soul medicine offers individual coaching and mentorship, workshops, mindful events and mini-retreats. The work I do is unique in that it combines ancient wisdom practices with the science of behavior change and other evidence based-practices to develop true transformation in individuals and groups; Transformation that is observable and measurable and even demonstrated by real data collection.
